Costs

The units can be connected to the cigarette lighter or can be built in by your dealer. You can of course also build it in yourself.
Monthly invoicing, the amount due shall be debited on the 15th of the month.
Every day you can check the number of kilometers driven/transactions by accessing the Starressa portal.
You will find it convenient to have us register all your vehicles. You can tell us for which vehicles you wish to order a box. Should you wish to change the registration number for your box, all you need to do is log in to your Satellic portal and change the registration numbers yourself. For the other countries we will apply for a replacement toll box for your new vehicle.

Does your box show a red light or an error code? Please call 00800-72 83 55 42 (00800-SATELLIC) from Belgium or the neighboring countries, the numbers can be reached 24/7. Or call +32 78 15 15 15 or +32 2 416 0 416 from the rest of Europe.
As soon as you ring the emergency number and have received a registration number, you have 3 hours to pick up a Satellic box at a service location or to leave Belgium with your vehicle.
Do you already have a Satellic box? We will simply ask a toll card number for you and we will change the payment method to post paid for you. There is no need to change the box itself.
